Key Responsibilities :

Greet customers in a friendly and positive manner

Take and prepare accurate food and treat orders

Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments with accuracy

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards (front counter, kitchen, dining area, restrooms)

Stock and restock supplies as needed

Follow company procedures for food safety and product preparation

Communicate clearly with team members and managers

Contribute to a positive team environment and assist others when needed

Handle guest concerns professionally and promptly
