SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS : 5x8 evenings, weekends and holidays as needed; call rotation

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE : 2 years

CERTIFICATIONS : ARRT

EPIC exp required

RTO : MAX 7 days

WEEKENDS : as needed

CALL REQUIREMENTS : rotation required

HOLIDAYS : as needed
