The Advanced Effectors & Space (AE&S) within the Advanced Technology (AT) Strategic Business Unit is looking for a highly motivated finance professional to lead the management and oversight of an Advanced Hypersonic program portfolio with annual revenues of $200M and multiple contractual Earned Value reporting efforts. The candidate will partner with Program Director, Program Management, Functional Leads and Finance Leadership to ensure flawless program execution through cost & schedule control, EVMS compliance and capture future awards to grow the portfolio.
Key expectations include managing program controls team of 4, responsible for contract execution and managing associated investments. With ownership to develop quarterly EACs, deliver CDRLs and implement Earned Value Management according to contract terms, RMD policy and process description. You will also partner with proposal team to capture future scope and grow the portfolio. You will be an integrated part of a fast-paced Strategic Business Unit where tactical thinking, multitasking and initiative are key requirements. You must be able to work independently, be self-motivated, and comfortable with new challenges. Good communication skills are a must, along with the ability to effectively interact with multiple layers of leadership and make recommendations for appropriate solutions.

What We Offer
The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
