PRN Registered Nurse (RN) - LTAC Hospital - (Monroe, LA)

Job Title: PRN Registered Nurse (RN) - Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH)

Shifts: Day & Night Shifts, 7a-7pm, 7p-7a
Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in acute care settings (Med-Surg)
• Assess, monitor, and record patient conditions and medical histories
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Document patient care in the hospital’s electronic health records (EHR) system (Epic Systems)
• Communicate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
• Promote patient comfort and assist with discharge planning and education

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the state of Louisiana
• Minimum 1 year of acute care experience (Med-Surg required)
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification required
• Proficient clinical and decision-making skills
• Experience using Epic Systems is a plus
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced hospital environments
