Human Resources Generalist

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting and core HR functions during a period of organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end recruiting efforts, including job postings, screening, and onboarding

Partner with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and support hiring decisions

Maintain employee data and assist with HR compliance activities and process improvements

Required Qualifications

3+ years of human resources experience, including recruiting for multiple roles

Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding and employee relations

Experience in a unionized environment and related policies preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Proficiency with HRIS platforms; experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
