A Medical Director is needed to join a well-established group that is expanding rapidly in Portsmouth, Virginia. The Portsmouth area is breathtaking, with access to both the Chesapeake Bay and The Atlantic Ocean this small area is home to incredible beaches, naval history museums, seafood, art, and live events.

Details :

• Permanent, full-time position
• Shift is from 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
• Outpatient setting
• 80% clinical, 20% administrative
• Supervise, performance manage, and train Primary Care Physicians
• Oversee up to 12 direct reports
• EMR : Own proprietary system similar to Epic / Allscripts
