The Career :

Are you passionate about precision, performance, and making sure every part meets the highest standards? QA1 is looking for a skilled Quality Inspector to join our team in Lakeville, Minnesota, where be a key teammate in delivering product excellence who is accountable for ensuring every product that rolls out meets our rigorous standards. In this position you’ll inspect incoming and in-process parts, document results, and help drive continuous improvement across our operations. If you have a keen eye for detail, are experienced with inspection tools, and are looking for a stable career with training and development opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!

What You Will do :

• Inspect purchased and manufactured products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to detect defects or deviations.
• Use precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify product dimensions and tolerances.
• Review engineering drawings and work instructions to ensure accurate inspection and documentation.
• Report non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Document inspection results and maintain accurate records.
• Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
• Stay current on industry best practices and expand quality control knowledge.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as beneficial to the success of QA1
