As a Security Officer - Healthcare Front Desk in Gaithersburg, MD, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as healthcare and more. As a front desk security officer in a healthcare location, you will be responsible for monitoring access points, managing badge entry, and assisting visitors and staff with security-related inquiries. Your presence at the front desk helps to deter incidents and supports a welcoming environment. You will utilize computer or tablet systems as part of your daily duties and provide outstanding customer service while upholding our values of teamwork, integrity, and putting people first.

Pay Rate : $19.00 / Hour

DayTime Sat 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Sun 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM

Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
• Maintain detailed records of visitor and employee check-ins and check-outs, as well as any security-related incidents.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and emergency personnel as required.
• Support a welcoming environment while helping to deter unauthorized access or activities at the front desk area.
