Hotel Operations Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to oversee all aspects of our hotel’s daily operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team, uphold brand standards, and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive, flexible, and committed to maintaining the highest levels of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all operational activities within the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, brand standards, and regulatory requirements
- Serve as Manager on Duty, overseeing guest services and staff performance during assigned shifts
- Work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, weekends, and overnight shifts, to meet operational needs
- Partner with department leaders to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions
- Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Fill in for shift work as needed to support team coverage and operational demands
- Maintain a high level of physical activity, including standing for 8 hours or more, to effectively manage daily operations
