Job description

Job Title : Marketing Associate

Location : Atlanta, GA

Reports To : Director of Operations

About the Role

The Net Lease Group (“NLG”) is seeking a personable and professional Marketing Associate to join our fast-moving team in Atlanta. This individual will play an integral role in developing and executing marketing strategies that showcase our services and property offerings.

Ideal candidates will have commercial real estate marketing experience, be detail-oriented self-starters, and possess a passion for storytelling. You will work closely with colleagues across the firm to design, create, and publish engaging materials that communicate NLG’s value and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and publish outbound marketing materials and campaigns that build awareness and engagement in NLG’s services and property offerings
  • Collaborate with brokers, analysts, and operations staff to produce high-quality property marketing collateral, presentations, and client-facing materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital and print channels
  • Manage updates to marketing templates, website content, and digital platforms
  • Support email campaigns, newsletters, and event-related marketing efforts
  • Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and highlight industry trends
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and marketing deliverables support business goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years of directly applicable experience in graphic and digital / interactive design
  • Minimum 1 year of real estate marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes with the ability to creatively convey company and property stories
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premier Pro), Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with additional platforms : Constant Contact, Active Campaign, HubSpot, Google Maps, Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and editing
  • Professional presence when representing the company at industry and client events
