What You Will Do
We are looking for an astute, determined professional to fill the position of Investment Analyst within our US Transactions function. You will be empowered to contribute in a meaningful way, add new value to organization initiatives and effect change. This role will be part of a structured 3-year Investment Analyst Program designed to provide hands‑on experience in your designated business line.
This individual will be part of a small team responsible for sourcing, underwriting, financial modeling, and due diligence for new acquisitions on behalf of all PGIM Real Estate portfolios. Build cash flow and waterfall models, Investment Committee books, sensitivity tables, rent roll analyses, comparable property sets, and other financial analyses required to evaluate, pursue, and explain acquisition / development opportunities.

Salary Range
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $85,000 to $90,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and / or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
