Key Responsibilities

Receive and address scheduling needs from patients and clinicians through various communication platforms

Verify patient demographics and insurance information while ensuring compliance with applicable requirements

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required

Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

1-3 years of experience in scheduling, operations, or healthcare administration required

1-3 years of experience in physician / provider scheduling, patient appointment scheduling, or call center operations required
