Join our dynamic team as a full-time Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) and embark on a rewarding journey in resident care. Under the guidance of licensed physical therapists, youll play a key role in administering personalized rehabilitation programs for residents with chronic conditions or recovering from surgery or injury. Essential Job Functions :

• Assess resident health, incorporating innovative approaches based on physical therapist interpretations and evaluations.
• Implement resident treatment plans, conduct manual exercises, and motivate residents to engage in physical activities and use supportive devices.
• Instruct residents on therapeutic regimens, share insights on normal growth and development, and champion wellness and health maintenance.
• Document progress and achievements in both resident and department records.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and legal regulations.
• Meet and exceed physical therapy production objectives, staying attuned to evolving treatment trends.
• Troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and repair physical therapy equipment.
• Manage physical therapy supplies, anticipate needs, place orders, and maintain a well-stocked environment.
• Treat information with the utmost confidentiality and address potential concerns collaboratively.
