Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Hourly starting at $23.00+ (based on experience and certification)

You’ll work in a welcoming, mission-driven environment surrounded by supportive teammates — including medical, dental, and behavioral health professionals — who collaborate to deliver whole-person care.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the friendly face and steady hand for patients receiving dental care.
  • Serve as chairside assistant to dentists and hygienists during procedures.
  • Prepare exam rooms and maintain clean, fully stocked operatories.
  • Take dental radiographs (X-rays) in compliance with NH Dental Practice Act.
  • Perform delegated procedures per practice laws and protocols.
  • Ensure sterilization, infection control, and safety standards are always met.
  • Help manage dental supplies, equipment, and patient records.
  • Support scheduling, patient education, and administrative needs.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team that’s dedicated to improving community health.

Minimum Qualifications – Must Have

✅ Basic dental assisting chairside experience is required.

Candidates must have prior hands-on chairside experience to be considered for this position.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred.
  • CDA certification preferred but not required.
  • Radiology certification (NH) or eligibility to obtain.
  • Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, patient-focused mindset with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Experience working with diverse or underserved populations is a plus.
