Job description

Recruiter Needed

  • Recruiter needed to support 2 Senior Account Managers in the area of business development and recruiting for mostly North American small, medium, and large corporate clients.
  • Must be able to generate market research and then contact targeted prospective clients and candidates and develop them with the guidence of Senior Account Managers.
  • Will be learning critical market strategies and receive professional mentoring by Senior Staff Members.
  • Will be working as a member of a small team on multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Will be actively utilizing Outlook, LinkedIn Recruiter, and custom software / TE Recruiter.
  • Will be utilizing RingCentral desktop and mobile app for VoIP.
  • Should be able to ascend to an Account Executive role within two years.

  • Ability to execute a plan of action on a timely basis.
  • Self-discipline to learn and complete project tasks within targeted timelines.
  • Verbal skills to communicate with high level performers, managers, and executives in business and industry.
  • Enthusiasm for being trained, groomed, and developed by proven recruiting and search experts.
  • Must be incentive oriented with a strong desire to earn far beyond base salary.
