A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant II - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted resource for Core Leaders and Caregivers on employee relations matters
Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance with regulatory requirements, and conduct investigations
Maintain HR metrics and dashboards, providing insights for workplace environment improvement
Required Qualifications
5 years of experience in general human resources or equivalent work experience at an exempt level
5 years of demonstrated experience in Employee Relations, labor relations, ADAAA, and leaves of absence
5 years of experience providing high-touch customer service in a concierge-style environment
HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP) upon hire is preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field is preferred
