Accounts Payable Associate

About the Company:

Our client is an alternative asset manager using fixed-income relative value and macro trends for its investors. The Accounts Payable Associate will be responsible for the AP process for multiple offices both domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify invoices and payment requests
• Maintain billing mailboxes for each office
• Review aged‐payables and follow up
• Enter credit card transaction details and support with the monthly reconciliation process
• Administer the contract onboarding, renewal, and offboarding processes in the company’s contract management system
• Assist with vendor due diligence by collecting W‐9 forms and payment instructions
• Assist with the annual 1099 filing preparation
• Identify opportunities to streamline accounts payable processes
• Coordinate with vendors to investigate and resolve discrepancies with our accounts as they arise

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 2-5 years of AP experience
• Proficient experience with Workday FINS
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

Salary Range:

$60,000-$90,000
