Job Description :
The Fiscal and Program Compliance Analyst provides support to the Senior Administrator in all aspects of fiscal oversight, grant compliance, and program monitoring. This role serves as the primary support for developing financial tracking tools, compiling detailed cost analyses, and preparing compliance documentation for federally and state-funded programs, such as but not limited to the Older Americans Act (OAA), Alzheimer's Disease Initiative (ADI), Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), and Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP).

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience :
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of progressively responsible experience in fiscal or grants administration, budgeting, or financial compliance required. A combination of education and experience may substitute for the required degree on a year-for-year basis.
Special Qualifications :
Candidates should possess a strong understanding of governmental accounting principles, budget development, and financial reporting practices. Familiarity with Federal and State grant regulations and compliance standards is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, accounting systems, and data management tools is required to perform analytical and reporting functions effectively. The position also demands the ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and funding requirements accurately to ensure compliance and fiscal accountability.
