Rate : $29 - $31 / hr

Contract Duration : Until End of Year (with possible extensions)

Contract Type : W-2 (No Subcontracting, No 1099 / C2C, No sponsorships available)

Job Description

We are seeking, for our client, a highly experienced Senior Training Specialist to design and conduct comprehensive company training programs that support our organizational objectives. This role is critical to developing and enhancing our learning initiatives and requires a deep understanding of human learning concepts, project management, and effective communication across diverse settings.

Key Responsibilities

Training Program Design & Delivery :

Design and conduct training programs that meet defined learning needs and organizational objectives.

• Facilitate group processes in diverse settings to ensure effective knowledge transfer and engagement.

Project Management :

Leverage project management experience to design initial training plans and enhance existing programs.

Collaboration & Strategic Alignment :

Work closely with management to define organizational objectives and design courses and learning interventions to meet those goals.

Documentation & Reporting :

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for training programs, including curricula, session plans, and progress reports.

Continuous Improvement :

Apply extensive experience and judgment to continuously enhance training processes and achieve project goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a learning-related or closely related discipline (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business Management) or equivalent practical and transferable experience.

Minimum of 5+ years of experience designing and delivering learning interventions in a corporate environment.

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
