Salary : $25-28 / hr

SAM Construction Group is a fully integrated Developer / Builder of apartment communities who self-performs several scopes of work, including Concrete, Civil, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical and Roofing.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Membrane roofing installation (TPO) installation for new commercial construction.
• Perform maintenance and repair work on existing residential properties.
• Oversee scheduling of roofing material and equipment.
• Read and understand blueprints and construction documents.
• Ensure quality of work.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
