Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will support client / customers, learning, community, and events as well as support Workplace functions defined locally or by your geography and local leadership. They arrange and coordinate meetings / conferences in liaison with the Meeting and Events Planning team when applicable.
Key responsibilities include :
Job requirements : Onsite Monday - Friday in Cincinnati office.
Basic qualifications : Minimum of 2+ years of Executive Support experience.
Preferred qualifications : Intermediate MS Office skills, with advanced Outlook skills; Experience in Global Travel management including visas and passports; High degree of solid judgement and empathy; Organization and multi-tasking skillstaking ownership in a proactive fashion, delivering within expected timelines; College degree preferred.
Professional skills requirements : Ability to be agile, with a flexible workstyle; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a heavy workload; Problem Solving; Strong verbal / written communication skills; Executive Presence; Collaboration; Critical Thinking; Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian; Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
