Key Responsibilities
Prepares files for legal defense referrals or subpoena responses
Schedules physician appointments and organizes records for review
Answers inquiries and makes outbound calls to request information
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; relevant work experience can substitute for education
One year of clerical or customer service experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Ability to work in a team environment
Experience in a professional office environment preferred
