Job Description : As a key staff member, you are responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, developing, and supporting practice-aligned treatment plans for patients. A critical aspect of this role includes administering cosmetic injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical treatments to enhance facial aesthetics. You will perform patient consultations to recommend appropriate injectable treatments, ensuring that patient goals align with safety and best practices. Additionally, you will support outstanding patient care at all phases, including office visits, pre-surgery consultations, and post-operative follow-ups. You collaborate closely with team members to ensure patient care meets the values of the practice and the requirements of the clinic.

Responsibilities and Duties :

• Perform independent patient injections such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectable procedures (training provided if no experience).
• Administer cosmetic laser treatments (training provided if no prior experience), ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes (training provided if no experience).
• Conduct health assessments including recording complete medical records.
• Obtains vital signs, medical history, and patient tests as required.
• Ensures patient charts with relevant lab work and test reports are available for the physician.
• Maintain inventory of medical supplies including Botox and other injectables.
• Ensures exam rooms are cleaned after each patient leaves and prepared for the next patient.
• Assists physicians with select procedures.
• Cleans and sterilizes designated equipment after use.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
• Participates in staff meetings as required.
• Additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Experience : Would prefer 2+ years of experience.

Hours : Full Time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
