Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight : Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring alignment with client goals and contractual requirements.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Client & Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Lead regular meetings to review project progress, address challenges, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
• Budget & Financial Management : Develop and manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare change orders, process RFIs, and review invoices for accuracy.
• Compliance & Risk Management : Ensure all projects adhere to federal, state, and local regulations, as well as company safety protocols.
• Work closely with site superintendents to identify and mitigate risks.
• Team Leadership : Coordinate and oversee project teams, including superintendents, estimators, and administrative staff.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability to achieve project goals.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
