Role Summary

Set up, program, and operate press brake machines (Amada Press Brake with NC9-EX & FAB III-8025 NT). Ensure precision forming of sheet metal parts to meet specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and program CNC press brake machines
• Perform bend / form operations using standard & custom tooling
• Read blueprints, adjust machine settings, and maintain tolerances
• Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
• Perform routine maintenance and maintain paperwork
• Handle materials (stainless, aluminum, steel) safely

Qualifications

• 510 years press brake experience preferred
• Strong math, problem-solving, and CAD / CAM skills
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and stamina for repetitive tasks
• Ability to lift 1050 lbs
