About the Role
Financial Planning and Analysis Manager
As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our business by partnering with leadership to deliver key financial insights and data-driven recommendations. From guiding day-to-day decisions to supporting long-term planning, you will be instrumental in helping teams and stakeholders make informed, profitable choices. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance tracking to fuel company success.

Position Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Forecasting
Partner with the leadership team to formulate medium- and long-term financial plansSupport the development and execution of annual budgets, operating plans, and quarterly forecastsLead regular reforecasting cycles and budget-to-actual reviews across company, markets, and divisionsProvide financial models to project long-term growth and evaluate key business driversFinancial Analysis & Reporting
Analyze and report on company, market, and divisional performanceDevelop variance analysis reports and insights to support ongoing and ad-hoc business needsIdentify and track key performance indicators (KPIs)Deliver insightful commentary and financial recommendations to senior leadershipCross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with development, marketing, operations, and accounting teams to align financial planning with business initiativesSupport the preparation of business cases for new initiatives or investmentsWork closely with senior accounting team members on cost analysis and reportingAssist in liquidity analysis and financial projections for investment entities holding real estate assetsTools, Systems & Data Integrity
Build and maintain an analytical toolkit to support decision-makingCollect, clean, and validate financial and operational data across multiple sourcesLeverage data visualization and reporting tools to present insights clearly and effectivelyDrive process improvements and identify automation opportunitiesMarket & Competitive Analysis
Conduct market research and competitor benchmarkingPrepare reports and strategic commentary to support executive decision-makingGeneral Responsibilities

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in FP&A or a closely related roleExperience with financial services, tax, investment, and planning strategies or real estate is preferredWho We're Looking For
