Position Overview :

Fairview is seeking a Physician Adult Psychiatry Inpatient to join the Fairview medical team at the brand-new, state-of-the-art 144-bed behavioral health hospital. Capitol Park Mental Health Hospital located in St. Paul, Minnesota has an exciting opportunity to work with a growing team and help shape the delivery of compassionate, high-quality inpatient psychiatric care from the ground up.

Practice Details :

• This position is a full-time (1.0 FTE) role that includes coverage during weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays , as well as participation in the call rotation to ensure 24 / 7 continuity of care.
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and manage treatment plans for adolescent / adult and / or geriatric inpatients.
• Lead multidisciplinary Capitol Park treatment teams, including therapists, nurses, and social workers.
• Participate in daily clinical rounds and team meetings.
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for Capitol Park behavioral health staff.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and hospital program development.
