As a Fabrication Team Member , you’ll play a key role in crafting our premium ovens from the ground up. What You’ll Do

This position is a vital part of our fabrication department. You’ll support the production line by performing key tasks that prepare metal components for assembly. Your responsibilities include :

Shaking and prepping parts for finishing and assembly.

Peeling protective vinyl coatings from stainless steel components.

Feeding materials into machinery safely and efficiently.

Cross-training to assist in various fabrication areas as production needs shift.

What You Bring

We’re looking for individuals who take pride in their work and show up ready to contribute every day. Successful candidates will have :

Experience with small hand and power tools in a shop or manufacturing setting.

Knowledge of shop floor measuring tools and ability to ensure accuracy.

The ability to read blueprints and interpret work instructions.

Strong organizational and counting skills for handling parts and documentation.

Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, sit, and stand for extended periods .

A team-oriented attitude , with strong communication and collaboration skills.

A commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment .

Pay Details : $21.50 to $25.00 per hour
