Job descriptionDelivering freight according to schedule Local route driver, CDL not required Managing proof of delivery to customer Assisting coworkers in loading and unloading trucks Responsible for maintaining a clean truck Checking mechanical aspects of truck using a checklist Responsible for reporting mechanical issues with the truck Communication effectively with customer during delivery Hourly wage based on experience; periodic increases based upon performance. Ditta Meat Food Service Company is looking for responsible and committed delivery route drivers of trucks / vans carrying less then 26,000 GCVW. Local route driver, CDL not required. Drivers are responsible for transporting various types of refrigerated food service products.
