The Program Manager, Project Engineering, will lead and coordinate complex engineering projects, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role requires strategic planning, risk management, and cross-functional leadership to ensure successful project delivery. You will oversee multi-disciplinary engineering teams, guide technical decisions, and maintain alignment with project goals and timelines. Accountabilities :

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams in coordination with project managers and other resources to achieve project objectives.
• Develop engineering scope and resource plans for proposals, including timelines, estimates, and work allocation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining clear communication and strong working relationships.
• Proactively identify and resolve project issues, escalations, and risks.
• Coordinate project activities through engineering leads, supervisors, and managers, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation efforts and provide guidance on complex technical problems across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to evolving project requirements and priorities.
