Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop a sales territory consisting of Independent Agencies

Influence agents to quote and sell insurance products while executing sales strategies

Complete strategic plans for agency assignments and implement marketing strategies to attract new business

Required Qualifications

Three years of sales experience

Bachelor's degree preferred

Solid knowledge of Personal Insurance products

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

Adept at analyzing and influencing agency behavior
