Registered Nurse (RN) - Internal Float Pool

Position Overview : Join our dynamic Internal Float Pool team as a Registered Nurse (RN) where you can thrive in a diverse role that offers variety, challenge, and opportunities for growth across multiple units.

About the Role : As a member of the Internal Float Pool, you will rotate through ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive care by floating between Med / Surg, Telemetry, ED Boarding, and ICU support units.
• Implement individualized care plans while monitoring patient progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Engage with patients and families to promote understanding and compliance with care plans.
• Anticipate changes in patient conditions and respond with appropriate interventions.
• Assist in discharge planning through cooperation with interdisciplinary teams.
• Promote a culture of safety by identifying potential risks and reporting safety events.
