Work location : Richmond, Texas 77406, close to Katy & Sugar Land

Typical Working hours :

Monday-Friday, 9 : 00 a.m. - 5 : 30p.m. CST

On-call : As needed.

  • POSITION SUMMARY

    As the Executive Assistant, you will work with our inspiring CEO / Founder to help her achieve business success and life balance. You will be responsible for high-level administrative, business, and personal support to the CEO. This includes managing her schedule, handling internal and external communications, organizing critical data, generating reports, and overseeing the progress of projects.

    THE POSITION

  • This position is Long-term and Full time : We are looking for team members to work and grow with us for 3+ years.
  • You will provide all around support including work and life coordinating to our CEO, while working closely with all the departments.
  • You will help to execute our high growth strategies that strengthen partnership development, client acquisition, and retention.
  • PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    High-Level Executive Support

  • Act as the right hand to the CEO in day-to-day operations and strategic projects.
  • Prepare research briefs, compile data, and provide executive summaries for decision-making.
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication & Correspondence

  • Draft, proofread, and distribute high-level emails, letters, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
  • Reach out and respond in time, representing the CEO including email, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
  • Calendar & Travel Management

  • Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s calendar, anticipate and prioritize upcoming deadlines, appointments, and events.
  • Arrange all travel logistics (domestic and international), including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for both business and personal travel.
  • Administrative & Other Tasks

  • Organize the team drive and company playbook.
  • Organize online and in-person events both for clients and the company.
  • Support the team with database and CRM management, and internal tasks as needed.
  • EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES & REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in high level executive assistant roles.
  • Impeccable integrity, attention to detail & confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and organization skills for executive communications and events.
  • Intelligent, quick on your feet, and can thrive in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Productive, driven, strong follow-up & follow-through.
  • Tech-savvy & comfortable with Google suite, eCommerce, CRM, and Ai tools.
  • Education : Bachelor Degree or above
  • OTHER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to travel to meetings, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
  • Flexibility to stand or lean over a waist-high table to inspect, install, or pack packages.
  • Sitting or standing at a desk for up to 8 hours a day.
