The Role

The Lead Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple complex projects that drive strategic transformation across the organization. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure successful delivery of initiatives aligned with enterprise goals.

The Main Responsibilities

Project Leadership :

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Manage project lifecycle from initiation through closure.
• Develop, plan and manage implementation of activities for highly complex projects / programs for internal customers throughout their lifecycle.
• Accountable for timely project completion and delivery.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Minimum :

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred

510 years of project management experience.

Proven track record managing large-scale, complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred :

Financial and commercial acumen, including budgeting and cost modeling.

Experience with strategic planning and organizational design.

Proficiency in project management tools.

Familiarity with transformation initiatives and change management.

Compensation

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges :

$82,969 - $138,281 in these states : AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY

$87,117 - $145,195 in these states : CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI

$91,266 - $152,109 in these states : AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
