Real Estate Sales Agent Responsibilities
Follow-up with leads to increase salesNurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more salesHold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needsConduct open houses to promote agency listingsOversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experienceAttract prospective clients to promote new businessHave local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhoodReal Estate Sales Agent Qualifications
Past sales experience is preferredTechnology drivenExcellent communication, negotiation and networking skillsSelf-motivation and driveShow good organizational and time management skillsA valid Real Estate License is necessary for the positions; we can help you get one!Real Estate Sales Agent Compensation
