Position Title : Capital Markets Associate

Location : Dallas

About the Opportunity

• Immediate need for an associate with 3-5 years of experience in Capital Markets for our Financial Markets practice.
• Required experience and interest in : (1) representing public companies in public and private securities offerings (both debt and equity) (2) advising clients on Exchange Act reporting, SEC compliance and disclosures and corporate governance.
• Candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiation skills and a desire for teamwork, significant responsibility, and client interaction.
