Our Freedom to Choose fleet offers OTR drivers steady freight, unbeatable support, and maximized home time, along with percentage or cents-per-mile pay options, earning $70,000 - $83,000 per year!

Pay :

  • $.53-.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $.01 CPM tenure pay increase

OR

  • Choose 27% of line haul

    • Averaging $70,000 - $83,000 per year!

    Increased Weekly Minimum Pay : 30 days - 2 years = $1,200 and 2 years+ = $1,300!

    Additional advantages :

  • Orientation pay $5,000 - paid in first 120 days!

    • Week 1 = $1,500

  • Week 2 = $1,200
  • 120 Days = $2,300
  • Orientation info :

    • Rental car or plane ticket (depending upon driver's domicile)

    CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Benefits :

    • Medical benefits (health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and short-term disability) are effective the 1st of the month, following the first 30 days of employment

  • 401(k) benefits are offered through Empower Retirement and enrollment is available at the time of hire. Once enrolled, the 401(k) will start on the first of the month after enrollment
  • Company paid life insurance of $20,000 is provided

    • CDL-A Flatbed Truck Driver Requirements :

  • 1-year CDL-A OTR experience with at least 6-month flatbed experience
  • Flatbed experience must be in the past three years.
  • No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents combined in the past three years
  • No DUI in the past 10 years
  • Experience hauling steel coil is a plus, though not a requirement
