Excellence Microdental Center is an Integrated care office specializing in Endodontics and Periodontics. We pride ourselves on our fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, where professionalism and patient care are at the forefront of what we do.

We are excited to welcome a compassionate and skilled Dental Support Specialist to our dedicated team. In this role, you will support our providers during treatments, enhance the patient experience, and contribute to the smooth operation of our practice.

Schedule : Full Time Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities

• Assist dentists by providing chair-side clinical support, including charting, patient education, and operatory setup and cleanup.
• Create a superior patient experience throughout all phases of their appointment.
• Take and process X-Rays with precision.
• Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation.
• Execute sterilization processes for equipment and operatories effectively.
• Welcome and comfort patients while educating them on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols, safeguarding patient confidentiality and workplace regulations.
• Be open to additional responsibilities as needed.
