Associate Attorney (3+ yrs exp)

Seeking NY barred lawyer with a minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, including drafting / reviewing / editing purchase agreements, ancillary agreements and disclosure schedules. General corporate experience or commercial real estate finance work a plus but not necessary.

Position may be remote or in person in Syracuse or potentially Rochester New York . Some in person time required up front, and then from time to time for the right candidates. Fully remote candidates considered only with strong experience and ability to be on location for initial period. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients, attorneys, and other professionals.

Pay : $110,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
