Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician  – Sharon, MA.

Location : Home cases

Start Date :   ASAP

Job Type : Part time

2 Schedules available :

• 2hrs / Week between 3 : 30 pm to 6 : 00 pm
• 6hrs / Week (the specific time can be discuss with the family)

Get an extra income with this case. You can combine both and get 8 hrs in total per week.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician or Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities :

Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the BCBA.

Provide direct one-on-one or classroom therapy.

Assist students in appropriately engaging and participating in class.

Collect and record data on client progress.

Communicate with teachers, BCBAs, and other staff regarding client progress and treatment plans.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred).

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Not a must)

Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in an educational setting.

Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans.

Experience with crisis behavior management (preferred)
