Dive into complex financial data to empower leadership with valuable insights for strategic evaluation. Create engaging financial graphs and charts for compelling presentations. Identify and enhance existing financial processes for improved efficiency and clarity. Conduct routine audits of internal processes to uncover opportunities for enhancement.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field is required. A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on strategic financial analysis. A solid understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling is essential. Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with the capacity to interpret complex financial data and deliver actionable insights. Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels. High attention to detail, accuracy, and the capacity to operate under tight deadlines. A problem-solver with a proactive mindset, adept at identifying and addressing financial issues while proposing process improvements. A strong influencer, independent thinker with excellent planning and prioritization skills. A self-motivated individual, eager to take accountability and adapt to changing environments. Proven track record of meeting goals and deadlines with precision and quality. Prior experience with SAP, TM1, and Bravo is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000- $124,200. Additional Description for Pay Transparency : The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar / performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.
