Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Seeking BE / BC OBGYN to join fantastic team just east of Fayetteville, NC.

• Established, hospital owned practice
• Start with an already established patient load - huge demand in the area as other hospitals in the area have closed their OB departments
• Schedule is Mon-Thurs, 8-5 and 1 / 2 day Friday
• Nursery is Level 1; High risk patients / deliveries are transferred out and hospital has an excellent relationship to other area hospitals - just a short distance to Fayetteville, Chapel Hill, Duke, UNC, etc.
• No robotic surgery
• Established practice with one physician with option to expand later to fill demand
• Combined daily patient volume of 25-35
• Hospital average of 27 deliveries monthly w / a monthly average of 11 C-Sections
• 3 labor rooms and 14 postpartum rooms
• Shared Call; Expectation of 7 days / month including 1 required weekend
• Strong hospitalist team with excellent leadership
• 24 / 7 on-call anesthesiology and radiology support
• Wide scope of services provided at the hospital including General Surgery, OBGYN, Orthopedics, Primary Care, and Urology

Compensation & Benefits :

In addition to a top 5-10% pay range in market , no RVUs and benefits plan, qualified applicants may also be eligible for loan repayment, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance.
