Position Summary
We are seeking a recent Electrical Engineering graduate (or related field) with a passion for radio frequency (RF) and wireless technologies. This is an entry-level position where you will support our senior engineering team in the design, development, simulation, and testing of RF circuits and systems. You will gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technology and be mentored by industry experts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and development of RF circuits and components, such as amplifiers, filters, mixers, and antenna systems.
- Perform hands-on testing and validation of RF components and systems using lab equipment.
- Operate and understand core RF test equipment, including Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs) , Spectrum Analyzers , power meters, and signal generators.

- Collect, analyze, and document test data, preparing clear and concise test reports.
- Run RF simulation software (like ADS, HFSS, or MWO) under the guidance of senior engineers to model and predict circuit performance.
- Support PCB layout for RF circuits, considering factors like impedance control and signal integrity.
- Troubleshoot and debug RF modules and systems at the board level.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital, mechanical, and software engineers.
Qualifications
Required (Must-Haves) :
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or a closely related field.0-2 years of experience in RF design or testing (strong academic projects, internships, or co-ops count).Strong understanding of fundamental RF / microwave concepts (e.g., S-parameters, impedance matching, transmission lines, noise figure, and linearity).ShutterstockHands-on experience with basic electronics lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, multimeters).A strong desire to learn and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Must be legally authorized to work in [Country] without sponsorship.Preferred (Nice-to-Haves) :
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) with an RF / Microwave focus.Prior internship or co-op experience in an RF-related role.Familiarity with RF simulation tools (e.g., Keysight ADS, ANSYS HFSS, MATLAB ).Basic programming or scripting skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB ) for test automation.Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout software (e.g., Altium, Cadence).Familiarity with wireless communication standards (e.g., 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth).Company Description
