Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of arbitrations, ensuring compliance and efficiency

Lead and develop a large team of health dispute arbitration professionals

Design and implement operational strategies to improve performance and streamline processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of five years of progressive leadership experience in high-volume operational environments

Proven track record of scaling teams and achieving operational efficiencies

Experience in healthcare claims processing, medical coding, or related fields

Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Security Clearance
