Job description

Warehouse Associate I

Summary

Responsible for unloading and receiving shipments, preparing outgoing shipments and coordination with Customer Service team to ensure that all shipping documents are completed accurately and timely

Shifts : Monday through Friday 6am - 2 : 30pm

Pay : $18 / hr

Duties

  • Transact customer orders using ERP systems
  • Package product for shipping, ensuring all require items are in the carton
  • Take an accurate inventory count of finished goods and materials
  • Perform all functions in receiving
  • Process domestic and international shipments
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects
  • Be willing and able to train newer employees in all areas and show them the proper way to perform tasks
  • Process Site to Site transfers as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months related experience in general warehouse duties including receiving, packaging, shipping
  • Able to multi-task and be flexible in a dynamic work environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new software applications including navigation through ERP system
  • Must be able to obtain Forklift certification within the first 3 months of employment
