Manage the flow of day-to-day operations in the Twisting department.
Organizing shift schedules for team members
Monitoring attendance, tardiness, and time off
Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills.
Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary
Training new and current team members on tasks
Adhering to company policies and health, safety, and employment standards
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed safely, effectively, and in a timely manner.
Assists team members with technical issues or advanced problems with given assignments.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Ability to identify issues and to determine repairs that are needed.
Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Drive and perform lift truck safety inspection checklist daily.
Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications :
1-3 Year experience preferred in any manufacturing and maintenance
Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Twisting experience is required
