Client Relationship Consultant 2
Basic Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically has a minimum three to four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training
Preferred Skills / Experience :
Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow upAbility to effectively engage and communicate with clientsThorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systemsProven customer service and interpersonal skillsExperience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologiesAbility to explore and identify a customer's true needs while leveraging a digital first mindsetDemonstrated basic level of proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer's needs both reactively and proactivelyExperience in the financial services industry preferredClient Relationship Consultant 3

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $20.00 - $22.50
