Job descriptionLicense Reimbursement – Assistance with obtaining or maintaining your Tennessee RN license. Referral Program – Earn bonuses for referring other clinicians. Weekly Pay – Reliable, on-time payments every week. Provide highly specialized care to post-cardiac surgery and critically ill cardiac patients. Monitor and manage ventilators, vasoactive drips, invasive lines, and advanced hemodynamics. Respond rapidly to cardiac and respiratory emergencies. Collaborate with cardiothoracic surgeons, intensivists, and the cardiovascular care team. Manage post-operative recovery for CABG, valve replacement, ECMO, LVAD, and related cases (unit dependent). Administer medications, sedation, and advanced therapies with precision. Educate patients and families on recovery expectations and complex treatment plans. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with facility standards. Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license or eligibility. Current BLS and ACLS certifications. Minimum of 1–2 years of recent CVICU or high-acuity ICU experience. Strong critical-care clinical judgment and ability to manage complex cardiac conditions.
