Kitchens Sanitation Coworker (Overnights)

Kitchens Sanitation Crew

Join our overnight Kitchens Sanitation Crew and learn the skills necessary to keep our fast-paced, high volume Kitchen up to our high standards. In this role, you will perform the following tasks :

• Operate the COP tank, mechanical dish washing machine, and floor scrubber
• Hand wash and machine wash equipment parts
• Complete general cleaning and sanitizing of the process area

Work Schedule : Monday through Friday, with rotating weekends working 9 : 00pm to 5 : 00am

Qualifications :

Physical qualifications : lift / carry 15 pounds to 72 inches occasionally; push / pull up to 60 pounds of force occasionally; work in temperatures of 45 to 70+ degrees F; bend / reach / twist constantly; lift / carry 40 pounds to 42 inches frequently; stand / walk up to 10 hours per shift; kneel / squat occasionally.
