Responsibilities

  • Achieve new business production goals to help drive agency growth.
  • Present and explain insurance policy options tailored to clients' needs and goals.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and retention.
  • Call and connect with potential clients to provide personalized insurance quotes.
  • Use our lead management system to track and follow up with prospective clients.
  • Continuously sharpen sales skills through ongoing training and coaching.
  • Requirements

  • Active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree or comparable sales experience.
  • Positive mindset with a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Team player who is both customer-focused and self-driven.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Coachable, open to feedback, and committed to continuous improvement.
